We ask that you read through this thoroughly and once you have decided to go through with purchasing a puppy from us, click on the 'contact' button to email us your first and last name and your phone #.

While we cannot guarantee that your puppy will never have health-related problems, we guarantee the puppy identified for viral disease for 72 hours from purchase. To activate this guarantee the Buyer shall take the puppy to a veterinarian within 3 business days of purchase for a wellness exam. A health form must be completed and returned (with a copy of the invoice from the wellness exam) to the Seller within 10 days from the date of purchase of the puppy. Should such a problem arise with your puppy, a veterinary verification describing the cause of the puppy's illness or death is required. You must also return the puppy to our location. We reserve the right to verify your the findings of your veterinarianÂ’ with an independent examination, at our expense. In the case of death, our veterinarian shall perform a post mortem to verify your veterinarianÂ’s determination. If hereditary or congenital defects are indicated, your puppy will be replaced from our own stock as son as such puppy is available to Stutzman's Kennel. Should the Buyer choose to accept a replacement puppy, the Buyer will return the defective puppy, less any shipping or miscellaneous charges necessary for transportation.

The value of the pet for the purpose of this guarantee is solely the original purchase price, and does not include any additional prices declared by the Buyer, such as a show dog, etc. In the event this guarantee is exercised, the AKC, CKC, or APR papers must be returned to the Seller. The Buyer is responsible for the daily health, feeding, care, and maintenance of the pet, including all immunizations and examinations recommended after purchase, as well as providing necessary medication and follow-up treatments from veterinarian visits. After the puppy leaves our premises, since we cannot control their feeding and care habits WE CANNOT be held responsible if the puppy suffers from hypoglycemia, or for their size and general health. However, if our feeding and care instructions are followed, you can expect the best results.

Our Return Policy
The seller will not accept any returns of the pet, including but not limited to allergy, illness of the buyer, landlord/tenant, marital, or adjustment problems, etc.

We recommend you take the puppy to your veterinarian within 48 hrs. of purchase for him to verify that the puppy is in excellent health. This will protect you as the new buyer, and us as the sellers. However, we are not responsible for any medical expenses incurred by the Buyer, nor do we pay vet bills. Except as specifically provided above, we make no warranty or guarantee as to the health or disposition of your puppy.

We'll be glad to hold a puppy for you, but can only do so with a 50% deposit, which goes toward the purchase price.Without the deposit we cannot guarantee the puppy you want will still be available. This deposit is NONREFUNDABLE! Making a payment

We accept cash for puppies that are picked up and we accept a PayPal payment or a direct nonrefundable deposit for any puppy that needs to be shipped or held. Sales tax will be added for Iowa Residents. If you have questions feel free to call or check out our references on our reference page.

Full payments have to be made on delivery or pick-up (if local) and a week ahead of delivery, if shipping. When shipping a puppy, the payment has to clear before we will ship the puppy.

When you're ready to make a payment, click on the PayPal button below and add $325.00 for shipping, if shipping is needed. Under "Funding Options" you will have the option of paying with your credit card, debit card, an e-check, or making a direct transfer from your account to mine.

Any of these secure methods through PayPal will take 3-8 business days to clear.

Yes, we do ship puppies! And they seem to make it just fine, though they may show a few signs of stress upon arrival, just like you or I would.

All the hassle is ours! Just let us know when it suits you the best and we do what we can to arrange it accordingly. We try to get the shortest flights, best connections, and best arrangements for the puppy's welfare.

Shipping is an additional$325.00 which includes the air fare, the crate, and the health certificate. We also send along the registration papers, health records, and a sample of the feed. .
